Out with the old, in with the new!

So it has finally come time to say goodbye to my old friends.  My first pair of legitimate running shoes. When I first decided I wanted to try this running thing Princess and Biker #2 insisted that I go get actual running shoes from Portland Running Company.  Up to this point in life I had just gone to Big 5 or Gart or some other retailer that had shoes and found what was on sale and looked good, tried them on and walked around.  If they were squishy I was good.  Apparently there is a lot more that goes into finding a proper running shoe and I am glad I took my friend’s advice and got shoes that were fitted to me and dealt with my pronation. Now its time for 2014!  This is going to be an epic year and I have some big plans for races and adventures and stuff and to kick it off Heisenbaker signed us up for...
